Which AI tool should you use for static ad creatives?
The best AI tool for static ad creatives is the one that covers the most of your ad pipeline, because one concept has to ship in every placement and brand. AdCreative.ai and AdsTurbo are built around ads, Predis.ai around running social and ads for several brands, The Brief around a design team, and Adobe Firefly around generation with stated rights. The table reads each vendor's own plan page on 19 October 2026.
| Tool | Entry plan | What it includes | Built for | Indemnity on pricing page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AdCreative.ai | $39/mo (monthly view) | 20 credits, 1 brand, ad platform integrations; 7-day free trial | Ad creatives "trained on patterns learned from $35B+ in ad spend data" | Not mentioned |
| AdsTurbo | Creator, $31/mo yearly ($39 monthly) | 1,200 credits, 100+ product ad templates, 260+ AI actors | Product ads at volume, image and video | Not mentioned |

Ad-specific features: brand kits, variants and resizing to placements
Brand control is the feature that separates ad tools from general image generators, and it is also where their prices step up. Predis.ai defines a brand as something that "holds your logo, brand colors, tone of voice, and key messaging", and sells one brand on Core, up to four on Rise and unlimited on Enterprise+. AdCreative.ai sells one brand at $39 and two from $89. The Brief's Team plan adds "shared brand systems" for 2 to 10 seats at $49 a seat a month billed annually.
Variants and placements are the other half. The Brief is the only plan page of the five that names resize, alongside export to JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, HTML5, MP4, PDF and AMP, the formats display and social ads need. AdsTurbo leans on templates and volume, with 100+ product ad templates and bulk processing and batch export, while AdCreative.ai lists ad platform integrations to push creatives out.
Commercial use and IP indemnity per plan
Adobe Firefly is the only one of the five whose plan page addresses where its training data came from and who carries the risk. Adobe's FAQ says "Adobe Firefly models are trained on licensed content and public domain content", that outputs from Firefly models "can be used for commercial purposes", and that eligible enterprise customers can receive IP indemnification for select Firefly outputs. Adobe also notes that customers are responsible for checking content made with partner models.
The ad specialists state use rights rather than indemnity. AdsTurbo lists "Full commercial usage rights" on its plans, and AdCreative.ai describes its AI image generation as "premium stock images for all commercial uses". Neither, nor Predis.ai or The Brief, mentions indemnification on its pricing page, so an advertiser who needs a vendor to stand behind an image has to ask for it in the contract.
Two rules apply to the ad itself whatever the tool. If an AI actor or generated person appears to endorse a product, the FTC's endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255) govern the claim. And Google Ads requires a disclosure for synthetic content in election ads specifically; that rule is limited to political advertising. Copyright in purely generated images follows the human-authorship line the US Copyright Office tracks.
Credits per creative and the real monthly cost
Only one of the five tools prints a credit-to-image conversion on its pricing page: Predis.ai says Core's 1,300 credits are about 325 images a month, so a Core image costs about 6 cents on yearly billing. AdCreative.ai's Starter works out at $1.95 a credit (20 credits for $39), and Firefly Standard at half a cent a generative credit (2,000 for $9.99), but neither page we read says how many credits one finished ad uses.
Treat credit prices as a ceiling, not a quote: a creative that needs three regenerations and two sizes costs five times its sticker. The Brief is the exception in structure, selling seats with AI generation and export "included for normal use" rather than credits.
Which to pick: solo marketer, agency, e-commerce brand

Enterprise legal review
Adobe Firefly
The only plan page here that names licensed training data and IP indemnification, for eligible enterprise customers.
Ad creative tool brief: settle these before the first campaign
- Number of brands you run, against the plan's brand limit.
- Placements you ship (feed, story, display): does the plan name resize, or will you resize by hand?
- Export formats your ad platforms need (HTML5 and AMP for display; MP4 for video placements).
- Credits per finished creative, including regenerations, against the monthly allowance.
- Commercial use stated on the plan you buy, and indemnity in writing if legal needs it.
- Any AI person in the ad: endorsement rules (FTC 16 CFR 255) and your platform's synthetic-content policy.
- Trial terms: card required or not, and the day it converts.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI image tools offer IP indemnity for ads?
Of the five tools we priced, only Adobe Firefly mentions IP indemnification on its plans page, and Adobe limits it to eligible enterprise customers for select Firefly outputs. AdCreative.ai, AdsTurbo, Predis.ai and The Brief do not mention indemnity on their pricing pages.
What happened to Creatopy?
Creatopy now operates as The Brief: creatopy.com redirects to thebrief.ai. Its Create Pro plan is $29 a month billed annually ($348), with a 7-day trial that needs no card.
How much does AdCreative.ai cost?
AdCreative.ai's pricing block showed Starter plans from $39 a month for 20 credits and one brand, then $89 (50 credits, 2 brands), $139 and $189, in the monthly view, with quarterly and yearly billing shown as 25% and 50% off. It offers a 7-day free trial.
Which AI ad tool is cheapest for several brands?
Predis.ai Rise holds up to four brands for $474 billed yearly, about $39.50 a month. AdCreative.ai's cheapest two-brand plan was $89 a month in its monthly view on 19 October 2026.
Can I use Adobe Firefly images in paid ads?
Adobe says outputs generated with Adobe Firefly AI models can be used for commercial purposes, and that its models are trained on licensed and public domain content. Content from partner models inside Firefly is the customer's responsibility to check.
Does an AI-generated ad need a disclosure?
It depends on the ad and the platform. Google Ads requires disclosure of synthetic content in election ads, and the FTC's endorsement guides apply if a generated person appears to endorse a product. Check each ad platform's own synthetic-content policy before launch.
